This is a continuation of the small Debris work, a mound of almost powered newsprint paper. The powdered newsprint paper mound has been created from the local Straits Times newspaper that is locally, the most widely read newspaper. This works deals with the notion of the accumulation of information exploring the relationship between this information in the form of physical representation and its residue that resonates within our consciousness. Debris, directly corresponds to this transformation of the material, like ashes or rubble on a site, a reminder of something in one’s memory that once was.
